STATE PROJECT DIRECTORATE (SPD) & TECHNICAL SUPPORT GROUP (TSG)
The State Project Directorate, RUSA and its Technical Support Group (TSG) are functioning as the Secretariat of State Higher Education Council by providing all managerial operational and logistic and professional support under the supervision of the State Project Director (SPD), Additional State Project Director (ASPD)-cum- Member Secretary, SHEC. The supporting staff of the State Project Directorate are engaged on contract basis with monthly fixed remuneration.
